I was confused by his comments on CFTP 16 at around 1:26:00 (https://soundcloud.com/biblethumpingwingnut/cftp-episode-16-special-guest-shane-kastler-comparing-the-confessions-the-1646-the-1689-lbcf) and when he said it doesn't matter if all the 1644 LBCF authors held to covenant theology, but he reached out to us and said he affirms the importance of authorial intent.
